Q: What is the MAPCO MY Rewards Program?
A: MAPCO MY Rewards transforms your MAPCO convenience store experience. Every purchase counts toward your next reward. The more you shop, the more you save. MAPCO MY Rewards program was designed with you in mind. The program is convenient, easy to use and valuable. You can pinpoint the rewards that matter most to you: Gas Discounts (*), free in-store items or gift cards.

**By participating in the MAPCO MY Rewards program, members agree to accept the terms and conditions governing its use. MAPCO Express, Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
Q: How do I use my MAPCO MY Rewards card at the pump?
A: Before fueling, press "YES" to the first question, "ARE YOU A MAPCO MY REWARDS MEMBER?" Then, immediately insert your MAPCO MY Rewards card when prompted and remove quickly. (If card was not read, please see cashier). The customer has the option to completely bypass the prompt by ignoring the question and either inserting a credit card at the pump or lifting the nozzle to pay inside.
If paying inside - lift nozzle and begin fueling at the prompt, "INSERT CARD OR BEGIN FUELING." Once sale is complete, please go inside and pay cashier.
If paying at the pump - insert your credit card or PrePaid card at the prompt, "INSERT CARD OR BEGIN FUELING" and remove quickly. (If card was not read, please see cashier.) Lift nozzle and begin fueling. Your sale is complete once the pump asks you if you would like a receipt.
Q: Whom should I contact if I have a question or encounter a problem?

Q: Can I get a duplicate card to match my current card number?
A: At this time, duplicate full-size cards or key-tag cards are not available. Because each individual customer has unique shopping habits, we encourage you to have your own personal card number. By doing this, we will be able to provide special offers and incentives that are specifically targeted to you.
Q: Will my points expire?
A: Points earned on a MAPCO MY Rewards Membership Card expire after 9 months of account inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no card swipe in store or at pump within 9 months.
Q: My neighbor received special offers via email - Why?
A: Our special offers are sent to registered card holders with a valid email address on file. They are targeted to customers based upon purchase history and our perception of what coupons or promotions you would enjoy most!
Q: How do I protect my points in case my card is lost or stolen?
A: Adding a "PIN" or personal identification number to your MAPCO MY Rewards account is the easiest way to protect your account and to help us verify your identity if you call us. You can add a PIN two different ways:
- By going to your online account on mapcorewards.com
- Or by going to the MAPCO MY Rewards kiosk inside the store
Q: How do I update my information?
A: Logon to mapcorewards.com and log into your account by inputting your MY Rewards card # and PIN, then once validated, click on “Account Info”. There you will be able to edit your profile, update your reward selections, etc.

A: When you become a MAPCO MY Rewards member, you're automatically enrolled in all of our Clubs. Every time you buy a select product and use your MAPCO MY Rewards card, your account is credited with a club purchase. After you have made the correct amount of qualifying purchases, you are instantly rewarded free item on your next purchase.

Q: What can I do at the MAPCO MY Rewards In-store kiosk?
A: For those of you who may not have internet access at home or at the office, you can manage your MAPCO MY Rewards account right at the MAPCO MY Rewards in-store kiosk. The MAPCO My Rewards in-store kiosk allows you to register your MAPCO My Rewards card, select reward levels and manage your account.
Q: Why should I become a MAPCO MY Rewards member?
A: Why wouldn’t you become a MAPCO MY Rewards member? Every purchase counts towards your next reward. The program has been designed with you in mind. You can pinpoint the rewards that matter most to you: Gas Discounts (*), Free in-store items or gift cards.
Q: Why should I pre-select my reward levels and reward items?
A: MAPCO MY Rewards system was developed for simplicity and convenience. By pre-selecting your rewards at mapcorewards.com or via in-store kiosk, you eliminate the extra hassle at checkout. No need to search for reward coupons or be asked every time you come in if you want to redeem reward. You select the reward and when to be rewarded and the system automatically rewards you. Pre-selection eliminates long lines at checkout and puts you in control of your rewards program.
*Points cannot be redeemed until they have been pre-selected. To pre-select rewards, visit mapcorewards.com or the MAPCO MY Rewards kiosk, login and select “My Rewards”.
Q: Why do some MAPCO locations not offer gas discounts for MY Rewards members
A: In some states, MAPCO and all other gasoline companies are prohibited from discounting gas. Please visit mapcorewards.com for specific locations that offer gas discount.
Q: Why should I register MY MAPCO MY Rewards Card?
A: As a registered member you receive additional benefits and savings which may include gas discounts and special offers. In addition, only registered members are automatically entered into MAPCO Giveaways.
Q: Where can I register to become a MAPCO MY Rewards Member?
A: You can register your MAPCO MY Rewards card Online at mapcorewards.com or at in-store kiosk located in any participating MAPCO Express.
Q: How do I register my MAPCO MY Rewards card online?
A: Pick up a free MAPCO MY Rewards card at any participating MAPCO location. Logon to mapcorewards.com and click on the "Create account". You will be required to input your title, name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, phone number, and birthday and PIN number. OR at the MAPCO MY Rewards In-store kiosk Pick up a free MAPCO MY Rewards card at any participating MAPCO location. Simply swipe your card at the MAPCO MY Rewards in-store kiosk and follow the prompts to “Create Account". You will be required to input your title, name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, phone number, and birthday and PIN number. OR Call Customer Service You can call our Customer Service center at (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST). We will fill in the required information over the phone.
Q: Do I have to register my MAPCO MY Rewards card?
A: While it is not mandatory to register your MAPCO MY Rewards card, it is strongly recommended. While all customers are eligible to earn and redeem for in-store products and/or gas discounts, those that register their card will receive additional benefits that are exclusive to registered customers only.
Q: I lost my card, what should I do?
A: If your card is registered there are three ways to report a card lost or stolen.
- Go online to mapcorewards.com and login to you account using your email address and PIN number. Select the option for "Account Info/Change Card ID." To transfer your points and profile to a new card, pick up a new card at any participating MAPCO a location and then return to mapcorewards.com and login to replace your Lost/Stolen card with your new card.
- Visit the MAPCO MY Rewards in-store kiosk located inside the store and click on "MY Rewards”. You will need to provide one of the following groups of information so that we can validate your information: MAPCO MY Rewards card number and PIN, email address and PIN number. With this information we are able to block your card lost/stolen. Next, you will be instructed to enter your replacement card number. You can pick up a replacement card from any sales associate.
- If your card is not registered and/or you have not protected your account with a PIN, it may be difficult to locate your account and protect your points. In this case, please call our Customer Service center 1-877-722-4664 (Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST), for assistance.
Q: How do I earn more points?
A: Every time you make a purchase, excluding restricted items, you will receive points for that transaction. 10 points are awarded per dollar spent on merchandise and 5 points are awarded per gallon of fuel purchased. We may also have items that will be designated as Bonus Point items, where you will receive extra points in addition to your regular base points just for purchasing that particular item or items. Q: What items are not eligible for point accrual?
A: Restricted items are items that are not eligible for point accrual. At this time restricted items include tobacco, alcohol, lottery, money orders, in-store restaurant, and all MAPCO gift cards. These items are legally restricted by law in select areas. Please visit your local store for details or at mapcorewards.com.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Redeeming points is very easy. Simply scan your MY Rewards card at checkout time and system will automatically reward pre-selected item*. The number of points required for that reward is then subtracted from your total points balance.
*Please remember that you must pre-select your reward items prior to redeeming reward. Visit mapcorewards.com or in-store kiosk to pre-select rewards.
Q: How do I check my points balance?
A: You have three options for checking your points balance.
- Your point balance is printed on the MAPCO MY Rewards receipt after each transaction.
- Scan your MAPCO MY Rewards Membership card at the MAPCO MY Rewards in-store kiosk and log into your account, your current points balance will be displayed at the top of the screen.
- View your points balance, club program status and account activity on the web at mapcorewards.com
Q: What is a Club Reward?
A: When you become a MAPCO MY Rewards member, you're automatically enrolled in all of our Clubs. Every time you buy a Java/Fizz/Freezie or other select products and use your MAPCO MY Rewards card, your account is credited with a club purchase. After you have made the correct amount of qualifying purchases, you are instantly rewarded free item on your next purchase. Upon checkout, simply swipe you’re my Rewards card and system will automatically reward your club item. Q: Is there any means of securing the card against misuse?
A: Yes. You may use the MAPCO MY Rewards in-store kiosk or your online account at mapcorewards.com to create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). After having created a PIN, any attempt to redeem points with your card number will result in a request for this PIN number. If you protect the value of your PIN, no one else will be able to redeem points from your account.
